Readiness scores, performance analytics, study recommendations, and similar tools are educational guidance only. They do not constitute an official NCLEX score and are not automated decisions concerning licensing, employment, credit, insurance, immigration, or another legal or similarly significant matter.

When you access or use the Service, we or our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address;
• browser type;
• operating system;
• device type;
• device or browser language;
• approximate geographic region;
• date and time of access;
• pages and features viewed;
• referring pages;

NurseJames is an educational NCLEX preparation platform. It is not intended to collect or maintain real patient medical records or protected health information.

• employer-confidential patient information; or
• information that could reasonably identify an actual patient.

The Service is not intended to function as a HIPAA-covered clinical documentation or health-record system.

We also do not intentionally request or maintain through our educational platform:

• full payment-card numbers;
• biometric identifiers;
• precise geolocation;

We do not attempt to re-identify appropriately de-identified information except where necessary to test or validate the effectiveness of our de-identification processes or where otherwise permitted by law.

All in Plus LLC may use artificial-intelligence tools internally to assist with activities such as:

• editing;
• formatting;
• quality review;
• administrative support;
• software development;
• analysis; or
• customer-support assistance.

Certain educational materials may also have been developed with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools, including ChatGPT by OpenAI, as further explained in our Terms of Service.

We do not intentionally provide sensitive learner information or identifiable study histories to third-party AI providers for unrelated advertising purposes or unrelated model training.

If we introduce an AI-powered feature that directly processes personal information submitted by a user, we may provide additional notice describing:

Users must not submit protected patient information, confidential patient data, or other highly sensitive information through AI-powered features.

Learner accounts are generally intended for adults or individuals permitted to use the Service under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
