Meet Nurse James Bonifacio, MSN, RN, CMSRN
James Bonifacio is the Founder and Lead NCLEX Specialist of All In Plus LLC, dedicated to helping nursing graduates achieve their dream of becoming U.S. Registered Nurses.
With over 20 years of combined experience in bedside nursing, leadership, nursing education, and NCLEX preparation, James has become a trusted mentor to thousands of nurses across the United States and around the world. His teaching combines real-world clinical expertise with proven NCLEX test-taking strategies, helping students develop the clinical judgment and critical thinking skills required to succeed on the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN).

James is a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) and an experienced acute care and progressive care nurse. He currently serves as a Charge Nurse at a nationally recognized Magnet®-designated hospital in California, where he continues to practice at the bedside while mentoring and leading fellow nurses.
James brings current bedside experience into every lecture. His teaching focuses on helping students think like safe, competent nurses, not simply memorize facts. Through high-yield lectures, challenging NCLEX-style questions, realistic clinical scenarios, and individualized coaching, he has helped thousands of nursing graduates gain the confidence to pass the NCLEX and begin successful nursing careers.
